Key objective & responsibilities
Accountable for all accounting and financial reporting functions, including voucher & record keeping, month-end closing, internal & external various financial reporting and accounts reconciliations to ensure financial data are reported accurately & timely and i compliance with DuPont Accounting Policies and China Accounting Regulations.
Acts as site accounting system key user, provides accounting processes and guidelines, leads internal control activities to ensure meeting requirements of SOX 404 and DuPont Policies.
Working closely with site operations / functions, help identify and address their needs and provide efficient and effective solution from accounting/financial perspective.
Liaise with Sourcing/Engineering and site management team to provide proper Project Accounting, Fixed Assets Management, Plant Fixed Cost Control, Financial Planning and Budgeting.
Prepare and provide analysis of financial results to facilitate Management review and decision making.
Assist entity finance manager to liaise with local government authorities for various activities as needed.
Skill and knowledge required
Bachelor's degree with professional qualification in accounting fields.
Minimum 4 years working experience in Accounting and Financial reporting with multi-national company in manufacturing site.
Familiar with US and China GAAP & the differences, be able to apply to daily works.
Previous working experience with SAP R/3 (finance & inventory costing modules), acts as a key user in SAP R/3 is a plus.
Able to work independently, self-motivated and a team player.
Hands on computer skills, especially strong skills in MS Excel.
Good language skills, both written and oral in Chinese and English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills, required handling high workload at month end.
